Pillsbury Pepperoni and Cheese Crescent Rolls

Sometimes you need the most comforting food ever invented, that requires very little effort, just so you can painlessly enjoy all the joy it has to offer. Enter Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, filled with gooey cheese and salty pepperoni! These pillows of happiness are exactly what I needed to feed the lonesome monster that solitary confinement creates.

The most effort that this recipe requires is dicing up the onion and cutting up the pepperonis, but you don't even have to do that. Get mini peps and granulated onion and all is well. If you don't have any of these ingredient you can stuff whatever you want in these tiny dough triangles. The original recipe has ham and cheddar cheese but we turned it into what you see above. Play around and make it your own.

Congratulations to Mrs. Patricia Cohee of Flint Michigan for creating such a delicious treat.
Something that I love about this book is in the back there is a mail in order form to purchase your very own Pillsbury Dough boy! He is "washable and poke able" and I wish this offer was still valid! Only $1.50! WOW! There is also a form to receive a Bundt pan for $3.00! So inexpensive. I love that it is described as "offering the ultimate in beauty and baking". Like it's a centerpiece for your kitchen table or something!

Enjoy your poppin'fresh Pillsbury treats!

xoxo
